Cub Camps

We have taken the Cubs camping, at least twice a year, for over 25 years. We always have a Cub Camp over the Whitsun weekend in May at Thriftwood.

In August, we take the Cubs away for a week, at various campsites around the country.

The May Camp was originally a District Cub Camp, organised by District, to take Cubs from a variety of Groups. Over the years we have inherited it but we still invite and take Cubs from a number of different Packs in the District. It has never been just Cubs from our Pack.

We occasionally take the Cubs camping at other times. They always get a chance to join us at our Group Camp in December for example, and there are sometimes District Camps too.
